About Madhav

In his first year after leaving Kiwibank, Madhav ranked 14th in the country in the 2023 Mortgage Adviser Awards. He co-founded Blueprint Finance and has six-plus years across residential, business, and non-bank lending. One client arrived with poor credit, stuck with a non-bank lender; two years later they owned three properties. One rule guides how he handles money: spend time like a wealthy person, spend money like a poor one. When he's not at the desk, he's outdoors, running or playing a bit of social tennis.

Madhav is one of the Auckland mortgage brokers at Blueprint Finance, based in Ellerslie.
