Krishan Prasad

As a kid, Krishan watched his family's adviser sit at the kitchen table and help with the big decisions. It stuck. Now a Mortgage Associate, he brings a finance degree, a quick read on markets, and years of front-line customer service. His proudest moment so far is a first-home buyer who had been declined multiple times and had nearly given up: he and Jack worked out how the application needed to be packaged and which lender it suited, and the approval came through. A keen student of property investing, he learns from investors in New Zealand and overseas, and enjoys helping clients buying their first investment property. The line he keeps coming back to: for one who has conquered his mind, the mind is the best of friends.
