Klara Kozak

Klara is Blueprint's Operations Manager — the person behind the systems and processes that make good advice run smoothly. She arrived by an unusual route: a Masters in Tourism from Denmark, time in a Big Four firm and real estate, then launching a new franchise from the ground up during COVID, where she discovered a real aptitude for operational work. She likes turning something unclear into a process that works for everyone. Her line: nothing worth having comes easy.
