Klara Kozak

A Masters in Tourism from Denmark is not the obvious start for an Operations Manager at a financial advice firm. Klara got here the long way round: Aalborg University, then a Big Four firm and real estate, then launching a new franchise from the ground up during COVID. That last one is where she found she was good at operational work, and where she decided to lean into it. At Blueprint she runs the systems and processes that keep the advice moving, and she enjoys taking something unclear and turning it into a process that works for everyone. Her line: nothing worth having comes easy.
