Alpana Gupta

Alpana reads a loan file the way an accountant reads a ledger, line by line, until the numbers tell her where the approval is. She came to lending from accounting, holds a Master of Commerce and her Level 5 in Residential Lending, and treats honesty as the cornerstone of every file she writes. One young family had been knocked back several times before their file reached her desk. She worked through it, found the lending structure that fit, and got them into their first home. The thank-you from that family is the part of the job she still thinks about.
