Sonny bought his first property at 21 and has been building an investment portfolio of his own ever since. As a Mortgage Associate, he doesn't just talk clients through leverage, structure, and timing; he's lived those decisions himself. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and his Level 5 in Residential Lending, and the part he likes most is the planning, where a goal stops feeling like a maybe and starts feeling inevitable.
